2 Blood Poems

Transfusion

Detached
Yet attached
A negative beginning
I cast a spell with my anti-kells
Two parts from
A stranger.
Have picked up an oddity
Put my babes in danger
Pre blood fix
Match and mix.
I change my make-up
and wipe away clumps of mascara
over a faded print out.

They won’t let me give any back

Ample Nurse

She warmed the bags
against her bosoms.
It’s better warm
The body likes it warm.

I tried out a laugh and lay on my
extra squidgy bed

It’s better soft
The body likes it soft.

Kid gloves,
Smiles are kept by the door.
Everyone uses the hygiene gel
before
they
put them
on.
